Members of the community are welcome to attend Trust meetings which are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month, except for the December meeting which is held on the second Tuesday. (There is no meeting in January.) Meetings take place in the DV Bryant Trust Boardroom, ground floor, 131 Alexandra Street, Hamilton. Each monthly meeting is advertised in the public notices section of the Waikato Times and the Waikato Local on the Wednesday of the week prior to the meeting.
