First Community Funding Rounds for 2016
The Trust’s first community funding round for 2016 has opened and we want to hear from not-for-profit organisations committed to delivering projects or initiatives that will enhance the lives of people in our community.
The two main funds to apply to are:
Community Support Round (for grants of $5,000 or more) – OPEN MID-FEBRUARY
The Trust is currently working on a number of issues that affect our region and that will be a focus when prioritising how Community Support grants are allocated. The next round opens soon and closes 31 March. Please click here for further details about the Trust’s funding priorities.
Quick Response Round (for grants of up to $5,000) – OPEN NOW
This is a faster and easier process for grassroots projects. For a quick response from the closing date (29 February), click here to apply now.
Don’t hesitate to contact the Trust office on (07) 838 0093 if you would like some advice about which round to apply to.
Organisations can only receive ONE grant per calendar year. If you received a grant towards the end of 2015, you can still apply to the earlier 2016 rounds, but if successful, your organisation will not be eligible to apply again until 2017.
